2) Enter the following command and press enter after each command,

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

3) Once the DISM run is complete, restart your PC and run the application again.

Method 6: Un-register and Re-register IPL.DLL

You can manually unregister and re-register the DLL file by following these steps,

1) Enter ‘cmd’ in search area of taskbar. Click on ‘Run as administrator’ on the right. Select ‘Yes’ in the prompt window.

2) First you need to unregister the IPL.DLL file. Enter the following command, 

regsvr32 /u IPL.DLL

and press Enter.

Note: Replace msvcp140.dll with IPL.DLL

Method 7: Scan PC For Malware/Virus
