2) Extract each of the downloaded zip/rar files to separate folders.

Note: Irrespective of 32 or 64 bit both files will have the same name. 

3) Place the 32-bit file in the following path, 

C:\Windows\SysWOW64 

Place the 64-bit file in the following path,
